Responsibilities
Participate in daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Assist in the development and design of innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Experience
Proven experience in a Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong culinary skills with an emphasis on food preparation and cooking techniques.
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is required
Previous experience in food production within high-pressure environments is preferred.
