Position: Part Time Team Coordinator (Hybrid)
Location: Kings Hill, West Malling
Salary: \xc2\xa315 per hour
Hours: 25 hours per week
Hybrid working \xe2\x80\x93 1 day in the office, 4 days from home

Our client, a Kent-based business, is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Coordinator to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis.

As the Team Coordinator, your role will be to ensure that the team is able to deliver the highest quality service to the customers on an ongoing basis. This role concentrates on the freelance team, ensuring they feel valued and part of the team whilst ensuring customer expectations are met to the highest of professional standards.

Duties include:
\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for onboarding new members of the freelance team
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring that skills and qualifications are kept up to date and monitored for accuracy
\xe2\x80\x93 Defining and maintaining professional standards and quality
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintain uniform requirements and ensure that the driver team have the uniform they need
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop and monitor the training programme to ensure that the team is up to date with every training requirement
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop communication to build team culture in a freelance workforce \xe2\x80\x93 ideas include a monthly newsletter for example
\xe2\x80\x93 Develop team feedback process both internally and for external clients
\xe2\x80\x93 Holiday cover for other roles within the team

The Ideal Candidate:
\xe2\x80\x93 Previous experience working within a similar position would be advantageous but not essential
\xe2\x80\x93 Good communication skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Good computer and internet skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Good knowledge of all Microsoft Packages
