Essex Professional Coaching (EPC) is an independent children's activity, education and childcare provider established in 2017 to provide high-quality provision for schools and individuals.

We are on a mission to inspire every child to move, learn, and grow through engaging activities that promote lifelong wellbeing.

We are looking for a motivated and inspiring

Team & Dream Leader

to play a key role in developing, supporting, and managing our delivery team--helping us build a thriving talent pathway and achieve our vision of creating a healthier, more active Essex.

What will you be doing?



As our Team & Dream Leader, you will take a key role in the following areas and activities :

Training & Development

Deliver structured coach development programmes, including appraisals, check-ins, and individual development plans Identify skills gaps and design CPD opportunities, workshops, and training events Oversee apprentice training and provide feedback to support progression Ensure all staff qualifications are up to date and logged

People & Leadership

Lead, motivate, and mentor your team through regular check-ins and performance reviews Onboard and induct new staff, apprentices, and volunteers Support the recruitment process, attending interviews and careers events Manage team wellbeing, performance, and contracts, creating a positive and supportive environment for all

Operations & Engagement

Carry out support visits to quality assure coaching sessions across the business Produce internal communications and celebrate team successes Organise staff socials and training events to build culture and connection Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and staff satisfaction Deliver coaching sessions as required.

We'd love to hear from you if you are:



Passionate about sport, physical activity, and working with children. A natural leader with excellent communication skills. Experienced in coaching and/or mentoring staff, with a strong knowledge of PE and sports delivery. Organised, proactive, and able to balance leadership responsibilities with on-the-ground coaching. Qualified to at least

NGB Level 2

in a coaching discipline (ideally with a sport-related degree, Level 3 PE diploma, or equivalent experience). A driver with access to transport (travel required across Essex).
