Do you have Director-level Team EA experience, gained from Banking ?
Looking for a deal-driven environment, where everyone pulls together?
As a genuine team player, you'll be a pivotal link in the successful chain.
What you'll be doing day-to-day:
- Supporting Directors in busy role!
- Extensive diary management, frequently handling schedule conflicts
- Global travel arrangements, planning detailed itineraries
- Regular client liaison, coordinating client lunches
- Coordinating closing dinners
- Processing expenses
- Working in a close-knit collaborative team of EAs
- Can work from home 1 day
- Solid Team EA/PA experience, gained from Banking / corporate blue-chip firm
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Team player and a sense of humour
- Positive self-starter
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
