We are currently seeking an expert individual to join this team in the role of Team Manager, Client Service.



The role is responsible for the delivery of post-sales support to Commercial Banking clients, across a full range of GPS products.

In this role, you will:

Lead a team of Client Service Associates/ Managers, including day to day team management, resource planning and provide mentorship and supervision to junior team members. Be responsible for the end-to-end client management process providing a positive and professional onboarding/client experience for customers. Use professional and technical expertise to provide credible observations and recommendations to others. Put highly complex and/or technical information into simple terms so that stakeholders can easily understand it. Continuously adapt to balance and prioritise different demands of the team and requirements from multiple directions and stakeholders. Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members. Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.

To be successful, you should meet the following requirements:

Experience working in relevant environment/s, i.e. client facing, leadership/team management including relevant market/context, i.e. finance, relationship management. Experience and dire to support others' performance, enabling them to achieve by providing clear direction, motivation and support. Shown experience of owning the delivery of an excellent customer service and proactively look for innovative ways to improve the service delivered to customers. Ability to communicate with all levels of management, both within the Bank and with customers. Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences. Ability to assimilate knowledge quickly in a rapidly changing technical environment.


The base location for this role is London with a Hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
