How you'll make an impact



As the UK Imaging Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a new team dedicated to delivering an outstanding imaging experience for our customers. You will collaborate closely with our product teams to continually enhance the imaging customer journey while ensuring the successful achievement of key targets in installations, conversions, and complex support cases.


The imaging market presents a significant growth opportunity for our business, driven by the introduction of innovative cloud-based and AI-powered capabilities. While we've made great strides and built strong momentum, scaling effectively and delivering a seamless transition to our imaging products will require continuous refinement and optimisation.


We're seeking a leader with strong technical expertise, pipeline and capacity management, and a proven ability to lead and support your team. Your ability to drive high-quality outcomes will be instrumental in developing our imaging customer experience and positioning Dentally for sustained success.

Effective image pipeline management

Oversee the installation, image conversion and complex support pipelines for our imaging products, effectively allocating team capacity to make sure work is delivered on-time and in-full. Plan and coordinate key imaging projects, collaborating with our onboarding team and customers to ensure a seamless transition. Develop and maintain resource forecasts, operational reports, and risk assessments to keep stakeholders informed on progress.

Technical leadership

Provide and help grow your teams expert advice on dental imaging technologies, software, and hardware integration Help grow the imaging expertise across our business, putting in place training and processes which helps our customers to take up our imaging products faster Work with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve them quickly to minimise disruptions for our customers Imaging is deemed a medical device and you will help us ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Shape the imaging customer journey

Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to help improve the imaging customer experiences and operational processes Mitigate issues but take the time to map out what needs to change in order to not repeat the same mistakes. Be a critical feedback loop for our operational and product teams to identify areas for improvement.

What you'll bring with you



Min 5+ years' experience in managing technical teams, preferably in a software or healthcare technology environment. Demonstrated success in growing high performing teams and a culture of continuous improvement Strong understanding of dental imaging systems, imaging software, and data conversion. Experience with project management and working with onboarding and product teams to drive delivery. Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools such as Jira, Hubspot, and LMS platforms, or similar tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer onboarding projects simultaneously. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions. * Proficiency in using office software (e.g. MS Office, Slite, Slack).
