Job Description

Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees Responsible for budget planning and tracking in the assigned area Responsible for all KPIs (within the assigned Zone) for ensuring the production results are achieved in the required quantity and quality, working together with the Production Manager Improving KPIs by optimizing the organizational and production workflows at the workstations and interfaces Participating to ensure that workstations and systems have an efficient, ergonomic design Pursuing continuous improvements in the assigned area in terms of EKOS methods and processes, health & safety and an ergonomic working environment
