What you\'ll do

Role purpose:

  • The successful candidate will work as Team Lead SDN Architect and will have the opportunity to lead the product development of one of the SD-WAN/SD-LAN/SASE product portfolio. Architects in the team would bring to market state-of-the-art business products for business customers on a global footprint, hence the importance of this role for the success and alignment of such products.
  • The Team Lead SDN Architect manages the portfolio of products and capabilities associated to a specific technology, will work closely with the Lead Technology Product Owner to understand and have oversight of the technology portfolio strategy and roadmap.
Key accountabilities and Decision Ownership:
  • Lead a diverse and high performing team.
  • Review technical documents that underpin the solution and support delivery teams to align activities to product solution.
  • Help Delivery team, which architects are part of, deliver products on time and to budget, meeting the key business and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure Vodafone Customers benefit from the latest technological advances to get the best possible customer experience and identifying opportunities for innovation of the product portfolio.
  • Support overall product strategy for Connectivity services as part of system architecture & integration.
Who you are

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:

Essential
  • Expertise in Network, Security, SD-WAN and SD-LAN
  • Experience in dealing with internal stakeholders and external partners as well as with virtual teams geographically dispersed
  • Knowledge and understanding of the enterprise technology market.
  • Experience of design, implementation and roll out of telecoms services, preferably gained in an international environment/global context.
  • 3rd party Cloud certifications or key experience.

G Band:
  • Discretionary yearly bonus: 10%
