Responsibilities:

Requirements:

\xe2\x80\x93 Life Sciences Expertise: A life sciences degree combined with a science Masters or PhD is ideal. Your in-depth knowledge and experience in the life sciences industry, medical communications, and market access strategies will be highly valued.

\xe2\x80\x93 Med Comms Experience: Around 5-6 years of experience within a medical communications agency is required, with a proven track record in leading scientific teams. Extensive medical writing experience across a wide range of projects and therapeutic areas is essential.

\xe2\x80\x93 Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with line management/mentoring are crucial for success in this role. Commercial awareness relating to the financial management of a medical communications business is also important.
