About the role
We're looking for a supportive and hands-on
Team Leader
to help guide our sales team and keep things running smoothly. You'll be making sure everyone feels motivated, clear on goals, and able to do their best work.Key responsibilities
Lead and support your team to hit targets and stay on track Run regular team meetings and share updates Monitor performance and give feedback Help new starters settle in with training and support Suggest and put in place improvements to how we work Encourage open and positive communication across the team
What we're looking for
Strong communication skills in English (Spanish or other languages are a bonus) Previous experience managing or leading a team Confidence in motivating and supporting others Comfortable using data to make decisions Someone who enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
