What is the Role?

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:


? Motivating and leading the care team to provide exceptional support.


? Ensuring safety and well-being by following all safeguarding policies and procedures.


? Supervising & mentoring Care Workers to help them develop and thrive.


? Maintaining records and documenting any concerns accurately.

What Skills and Experience Do You Need?

? At least 2 years' experience in a care worker role.


? NVQ/QCF Level 2 (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards Level 3.


? Experience in implementing and updating care plans, risk assessments, and audits.


? Leadership experience, including team management, supervision, and conducting annual appraisals.
