Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fulfill the role of Team Leader in our prepared fruit manufacturing facility. This position requires a blend of leadership and hands-on technical skills to ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and achieve production targets.

6am to 5/6pm

4 days a week including some weekends

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities of the team.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members, providing constructive feedback.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues.

- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

- Implement and sustain continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

- Handle any operational emergencies or issues promptly and effectively.

Machine Operation Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor fruit processing machinery and equipment.

- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.

- Set up machines according to product specifications and production schedules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.

- Ensure product quality by conducting regular inspections and adjustments.

- Adhere to production schedules and meet daily output targets.

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
