Duties

Lead and supervise the team to ensure high standards of service and food production. Train and mentor team members on food safety practices, hospitality skills, and operational procedures. Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient use of resources. Assist in the preparation and presentation of food items, maintaining quality and consistency. Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff. Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Qualifications

Proven experience in team management within the hospitality or culinary sector is essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is required. Previous experience in bartending or food production is advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective supervision. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer service excellence. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
