At OneFamily, we're looking for a Sales Team Leader to inspire and lead a team of up to 10 Advisors, champion inbound/outbound sales, and help shape our customer retention and cross-sell strategy.What you'll do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team Drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets Deliver insightful MI to stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate across departments to enhance the customer journey Ensure compliance, quality, and a customer-first approach in everything we do
