We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Team Leader, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our team provides high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Train new staff members on proper procedures, standards, and equipment usage. Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving to enhance guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving service efficiency and quality. Provide safe and effective pool supervision Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values Be focused on high customer service standards Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre Be able to take on the Duty Managers role when needed Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance. National Pool Lifeguard qualification is required and First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. Training will be given. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and also requires a DBS check to be completed prior to starting

Skills

Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or restaurant industry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience in bartending is an advantage but not essential. A genuine passion for helping others and providing outstanding customer service. Familiarity with team management principles and effective training methods.

Pay: 11.44-12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
