OBJECTIVE:
We are currently seeking a
Team Leader
to join our team at My Cookie Dough in Camden, UK. As a
Team Leader
, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
Assist in the training and development of staff members
Supervise and delegate tasks to staff during shifts
Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are being met
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
Assist in monitoring inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Selection criteria:
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership abilities
Ability to work well under pressure
Knowledge & understanding of food safety regulations
