What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting the Manager in running the day-to-day magic Leading, motivating and inspiring a small, tight-knit team Serving up incredible sandwiches, epic coffees, and 10/10 customer vibes Helping to develop new menu ideas and seasonal specials Making sure the shop looks as good as the food tastes Managing stock, ordering supplies and smashing targets
Who You Are:

You've got hospitality experience and love being part of a buzzing environment You're organised, energetic, and have real leadership skills You're passionate about great coffee, great food and even greater service You want to be part of something different, fun and seriously tasty*
Bonus points if you've worked in coffee shops, sandwich bars, or quirky independents before!
