An exciting opportunity exists for the right candidate to work with us as Team Leader on Day duty in our luxury care home, Brockington House in Hereford which is part of the Dormy Care Communities group.

The home has 70 suites and offers the very best care and services for elderly people. Responsibilities of a Team Leader

include:

. Supporting the nurses and team.

Ensuring the highest levels of care are maintained for all ladies and gentlemen living in the home according to their wishes. Washing, assisting with toileting requirements, dressing, undressing, assisting with food and drink as and when required according to our ladies and gentlemen's individual needs Administering medication Promote rights, dignity, privacy and respect to all our ladies and gentlemen Assisting and interacting with our ladies and gentlemen during activities Observing care planning needs and completing daily records in line with our company policies Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as required

Essential Requirements of a Team Leader

Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn
