We require a resilient Team Leader / Senior Support worker in our solo hoe. This is Solo service, the ideal candidate will work alongside our management team and

MUST

hold a

Level 3 Diploma

in

Children Residential Services

, as well as a minimum of 18 months, experience working in a Children's

Ofsted

Residential setting. A driving licence in advantageous, but not essential. Level 4 Diploma in Children`s Residential Services must be enrolled onto once employment has began, if not working towards.



NB - This job requires experience in

Children's Residential Care.

This is a

Full-time job role

, the shift pattern is 2 shift on, then 3 shifts off. We offer competitive rates of pay, and our sleep in rates is

60 per night!

Pay Structure:

Level 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential - 14.50 per hour. Level 4 Diploma - 15.00 per hour.

Duties include:

Taking point on shift and leading by example. Delegating duties fairly amongst staff. Training up new members of staff. Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required. Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date. Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met. Working in partnership with Deputy Manager. Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
