Team Leader - Children's Residential Support Workers

Location: Blackpool

Salary: 34,331

We require Team Leaders to manage children's residential support workers on shifts at one of our residential homes for children and young people. The home is in Staining, Blackpool and is an 2 bed, EBD home. All of our homes are rated Ofsted Good or better.

Gracewells provide exemplary care and support for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Our homes are detached modern working environments, with most bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms.

The working attention will focus on young people's daily support and preparations for adulthood.

A shift-based working pattern to an average of 37 hours per week with the opportunity to work additional hours

The basic salary is 29,533.40

In addition, sleep-ins are paid at 65 each

Requirements

A valid UK driver's Licence
