Team Leader

to join our dedicated team and help lead the delivery of high-quality care and support.

What you'll need as a

Team Leader

at Jubilee House:

Level 3

qualification in Children and Young People (and the willingness to work towards your Level 4 - we'll cover the cost!)

Experience in a senior role

- shift leading, delivering 1 to 1's and being a positive role model for your team

Compassion

, integrity, and a genuine desire to improve lives

Resilience

and the ability to stay calm under pressure Strong work ethic and

time management

skills

Flexibility

to work shifts, including evenings and weekends

Driving Licence

- Must have a Full UK Manual Driving Licence
