As part of our exciting nursery expansion, we are opening a brand-new room - and we're looking for an inspiring Team Leader to take the lead in creating it. About the Role
As Team Leader, you will:
Lead the setup and daily running of a new nursery room as part of our expansion
Work closely with the management team to shape routines, layout and resources
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS and the Rosewood Curriculum
Support, guide and inspire your team to maintain excellent standards of care and practice
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring a smooth transition into the new room
Promote safeguarding, inclusion and wellbeing at all times
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who is:
Level 3 qualified (or above) in Early Years Childcare
Confident in leading a small team and supporting others' professional growth
Experienced in EYFS planning, assessment and child development
Creative, motivated and organised - with great attention to detail
Passionate about creating a beautiful, inspiring environment for young children
Experience in setting up a new room or leading a team through change would be an advantage.
