Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader to oversee our dynamic interior design team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment, has a strong eye for design detail, and can balance leadership responsibilities with project delivery.

As a key part of our company, you will be responsible for guiding a team of designers, ensuring projects are completed on time, and maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the daily activities of the interior design team, ensuring tasks are effectively delegated and completed on schedule. Oversee multiple design projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and brand standards. Support designers in developing creative concepts, design presentations, material selections, and space planning solutions. Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth project delivery and resolve any issues that arise. Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications before submission. Mentor and support team members, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment. Implement and maintain processes to improve workflow efficiency and design quality. Stay current with design trends, materials, and innovative solutions to inspire and elevate the team's work.

Qualifications



Proven experience in interior design with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory, team leader, or senior designer role. Strong understanding of design principles, materials, and project management. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team. Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders at all stages of a project.

Work Environment



Full-time, office-based or hybrid (depending on company policy). Fast-paced, creative, and highly collaborative studio environment. Occasional site visits and client meetings required.

Pay: From 31,000.00 per year
