Job Description

Are you an experienced care professional with clinical skills in medication management, assessing, staff management and rostering skills? Do you have the leadership flair to inspire and coach a dedicated team of Support Workers?

What you'll do:

Lead and support a team of Support Workers in delivering person-centred, safe care.

Implement and audit complex care plans, liaising with nurses and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Act as on-call, Team Leader and ensuring swift response to incidents and safeguarding concerns

Who you are:

NVQ 4/QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) with at least 2 years' supervisory experience

Skilled in Care Planning, Assessment and staff leadership

Clear communicator, resilient, values-driven and CIW-aware
