Role Overview
Position:
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
5 days out of 7, including weekends; flexible start and finish times required
You will assist with the
day-to-day running of the store and warehouse
, working closely with management to support:
Customer service
Team coordination
Stock management and merchandising standards
This is a
hands-on role

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
Deliver outstanding service and set a positive example for colleagues
Handle customer enquiries and issues in a professional, solution-focused way
Support a high standard of store presentation and team behaviour
Stock & Merchandising
Ensure prices and signage are accurate and up to date
Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and product quality
Rotate stock to maintain freshness and minimise waste
Team Training & Support
Help onboard and guide new starters during their induction period
Encourage completion of training and share product knowledge
Promote teamwork and best practices across the store
Operational Duties
Follow hygiene, food handling, and safety protocols
Keep work areas clean, organised, and hazard-free
Participate in stock audits and maintain stockroom accuracy
Provide support across departments, including the warehouse
Who We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Comfortable working across different store areas and leading by example
Personal Qualities
Motivated, proactive, and dependable
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible with working hours, including weekends and occasional early/late shifts
