Job Description

Salary 15.50 per hour.

Contract of 32 hours per week, including alternate weekend shifts.

Hevercourt is looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have NVQ3 or above and prior experience in a care home. Assistance with training will be given. We have a new and excited management team that is working hard to implement a service improvement plan.

For the right candidate this is an opportunity to assist with care planning systems and to progress within the organization

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for a team of 6-8 staff, and ensuring that medication is properly dispensed in your shift. You will have medication experience and will be part of the senior management team.
