Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 5 employees to ensure effective task execution and goal achievement.
Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to enhance productivity.
Set clear objectives, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability across the team.
Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address concerns, and promote engagement.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback to team members to aid in their development and growth.
Resolve conflicts or issues within the team promptly and professionally.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Business Administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Ability to motivate and inspire team members
