We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to oversee our bar and games operations and ensure the highest standards service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing the team, maintaining our great standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

Lead and motivate team members to achieve high performance and maintain quality standards. Manage the bar and games in the absence of the GM and AM. Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with management to develop new items and improve existing offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar in accordance with hygiene standards. Provide excellent service to guests, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Skills

Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in barista duties is a plus. A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service. Pay: 12.52-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
