The Role:

We are looking for high energy, detail-oriented staff members to work to high quality standards.

The candidates will be leading the team working within our packing and dispatch area, operating a flow wrapper machine to package our products alongside manually packing finished products into boxes. Planning the shift of employees and ensuring they are carrying out the correct tasks at any given time.

The role involves alerting managers of absences, holiday requests and rota changes.

Ensuring quality standards are adhered to across all processes carried out to provide consistency in the wrapping and packing of the product.

Ensuring cleaning and correct use of the wrapper machines by all the team and adhering to the correct health and safety standards.

Generating shipping labels, and ensuring all products make the courier pick up times secluded daily. This a is process driven role with tight deadlines.

Candidate must be comfortable with repetitive work and have experience of machine operating is desirable.
This is a fast-paced environment that turns over many orders daily, speed and accuracy are a must when completing any task.

This is a full-time, on-site working role.

No consultants, agencies or part-time seekers will be considered for this role.
