Summary
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our compassionate team at Bondcare. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our care home, ensuring that residents receive exceptional support and assistance. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of care staff to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Oversee daily operations within the care home, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support team members in their roles, providing guidance and training as needed.
Foster a positive environment that promotes resident well-being and dignity.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for residents.
Monitor food safety standards and ensure proper food production practices are followed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a care or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in healthcare or assisted living environments is preferred.
