Are you an experienced support worker looking to step into a leadership role? We're seeking a dedicated
Team Leader
to join our therapeutic children's residential home in
Hillingdon, Uxbridge

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and emotional support to children in a residential setting
Lead shifts and supervise junior team members to ensure high standards of care
Support the creation and implementation of individual care plans
Maintain accurate and compliant records and reports
Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive behaviour management
Collaborate with families, professionals, and external agencies to support children's progress
Requirements:
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) -
Essential
Experience in a children's residential setting, ideally in a senior or team leader role
Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
A compassionate, resilient, and child-centred approach to care
Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Full UK driving licence -
