We're looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team of Team Leaders, delivering industrial cleaning services across the UK. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with equipment in challenging environments and wants to build a consistent, year-round income.
As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to supervise and support a team of field operatives in delivering high-quality industrial cleaning services across client sites. You'll work alongside your team while coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety and compliance, managing job quality, and acting as the first point of contact for on-site client communication.
You'll report to Field Managers, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure work is completed on time and to standard. Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential to success in this role.

Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (Required)* IPAF, PASMA, IOSH Managing Safely, SSSTS
Punctuality and professionalism
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Calm, reliable, and proactive attitude
First Aid certification
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in industrial cleaning or field operations
Ability to manage teams and resolve on-site challenges
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support field operatives on-site
You may be asked to operate a work vehicle
Coordinate daily tasks and ensure team punctuality
Liaise with Senior Management, Unit Management, and Field Teams
Ensure all tools are signed out and ready for the work week
Understand work requirements before starting tasks
Allow sufficient travel time, including breaks
Submit job reports within 24 hours of task completion
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and clean workwear
Clock in and out daily using internal software
Follow clear instructions from management
Enforce health & safety protocols
Take care of company assets and vehicles
Clear personal waste from vehicles daily
Key Deliverables
Conduct vehicle asset care
Enforce uniform standards (daily and monthly reporting)
Manage, and monitor correct use of PPE/RPE
Manage and maintain equipment
Submit job reports via internal software (daily/weekly depending on job size)
Communicate proactively with field teams and senior management
Drive company standards for quality, safety, and compliance
Strive for positive client interactions on all projects
Foster team collaboration through positive leadership and feedback
Demonstrate initiative in all areas of work

Pay: 29,737.00-51,480.00 per year
