Service are currently recruiting a

Team Leader

offering a

full time permanent contract.

The service supports individuals with learning difficulties to live in their own home or family home.


The team work together to create opportunities for people and assist in helping them to achieve their dreams, goals and aspirations. The

EASL

team are dedicated to delivering person centred care and ensuring each person supported has the opportunity to live full happy lives.


As a

Team Leader

you will support the staff and promote excellence and best practice while providing supervisory support to staff as they develop and learn skills on the job. You will work closely with the Project Manager and Deputy Manager ensuring service delivery is first class and lead/manage a number of support workers day-to-day while promoting Quarriers organisational core values and working towards our mission of making Scotland a better place.

What you will need to bring to the role



Compassion and kindness to support people in their day to day lives. Proven experience of working with the social care sector and an understanding of best practice. Enthusiasm and self-motivation. Ability to apply transferable life experience and skills to support and enable individuals. Excellent problem solver who is driven by positive outcomes. Resilient, reliable and an excellent listener. Good IT & communication skills. Due to the location of the services and shift patterns we recommend candidates have access to their own transport.
