Team Leader (Day Shift)

We are looking for a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team at Elizabeth House.

The successful candidate will help support high quality care that gives our residents security, dignity, wellbeing and promotes their independence.

Ideally, you will have an SVQ /NVQ Diploma 3 in Health & Social Care or above, or a willingness to work towards this qualification. You will also be supported to undertake further training to fulfil SSSC requirements of registration.

You will be required to supervise and support a small team of care staff and administer medication.

SKILLS KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

SVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent qualification) ora willingness to work towards this qualification Minimum of 2 years experience in Health and Social Care Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Accurate and timely administration skills

This is a permanent full-time post, on average 42 hours per week which includes one weekend in every 2. Hourly rate is 14.60 per hour.

Elizabeth House is a family run 17-bed care home based in Dysart, Kirkcaldy. We have undertaken a significant refurbishment of the Home over the past few years and continue to make improvements to the interior and outside garden areas to allow us to provide our residents with exceptional care.
