Lead Climber / Team Leader - Experienced Arborist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Lead Climber / Team Leader

to join our professional team of Arborists. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced climber (minimum 5 years' industry experience) who is ready to take a leadership role and help drive quality, safety, and efficiency across a wide range of arboricultural contracts.

About the Role

As Lead Climber, you will be responsible for planning and executing climbing operations, supervising ground staff, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring work is completed to industry best practice. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability, a professional attitude, and the confidence to lead by example.

Essential Requirements

Minimum

NPTC CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 & CS41

Full clean UK driving licence

At least

5 years professional climbing experience

Ability to carry out pruning operations to

BS3998

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A proactive attitude toward health, safety, and continual improvement

Desirable (but not essential)

CS40, CS41

, Woodchipper,

B+E trailer licence

Up-to-date

First Aid

certificate

UA 1, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3

qualifications National Grid authorisation (or willingness to obtain)
