About the Role

As a Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting the Senior Management Team and guiding care staff to ensure residents receive the best possible care. You'll be responsible for:

Leading and supporting care staff in delivering high standards of care Managing staff rotas, performance, and daily delegation of tasks Supporting recruitment, induction, and training of new team members Participating in care planning and medication management Ensuring compliance with Care Inspectorate standards and company policies Promoting residents' rights, dignity, and independence at all times

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about care and confident in leading a team. The ideal candidate will have:

SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) Previous supervisory experience in a care setting Strong communication and organisational skills A flexible, proactive approach and commitment to high standards Experience with medication management A satisfactory PVG check and references
