Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our team at CeX. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing store operations and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales performance. Your leadership will be key to maintaining our high standards and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Manage inventory levels and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress towards goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail or a similar environment. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire others. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and staff. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
