Are you an experienced Residential Support Worker ready for the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our expanding team in Littleover.

With two homes rated 'Good' by Ofsted and a third opening soon, this is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and child-focused environment. Our goal is to provide exceptional care for children and young people in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a residential home Lead and support a team of staff, setting a positive example and offering guidance Assist in the development and implementation of individualised care plans Participate in staff meetings, handovers, and case reviews to ensure continuity of care Maintain accurate records and adhere to regulatory requirements Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals Ensure safeguarding and care standards are met at all times

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - required Minimum of 1 year's experience in a children's residential setting - preferred Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role - highly desirable Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills A compassionate, child-centred approach to care Full UK Driving Licence - required Solid understanding of safeguarding legislation and residential care standards
