Your Role:

As our Team Lead, you'll take the reins on day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team and help bring our brand to life. You'll have the support of working alongside the manager & owners to innovate and grow the business, from developing service strategies to curating a menu that delights regulars and newcomers alike.

As our Team Lead, you will:

Lead and motivate a dedicated team baristas and staff to deliver outstanding customer service Oversee daily operations, ensuring the cafe runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage inventory, order supplies and maintain optimal stock levels With the help of your manager, create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain loyal patrons, including social media Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with grace and professionalism Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe space for our guests and staff
