Team Leader
to join our specialist service, leading a team of medical assistants and contract coordinators to deliver high-quality, person-centred support.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll take ownership of contracts, manage clinician rotas, and ensure service delivery runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll be passionate about leadership, self-motivated, and committed to driving performance and continuous improvement.
Every day you will...
Lead and inspire a team to meet contractual and individual KPIs
Manage rotas and coordinate with clinics to ensure optimal service delivery
Conduct performance reviews, one-to-ones, and development plans
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
Monitor team performance, quality, and compliance
Attend contract meetings and provide detailed reporting
Act as a mentor, coach, and escalation point for your team
Ensure accurate documentation and manage agency payments

To thrive in this role, you must have...
Experience managing and leading a team, ideally in healthcare or neurodevelopmental services
Strong understanding of neurodevelopmental disorders
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Experience managing rotas and coordinating service delivery
Relevant qualifications in healthcare or management (desirable)
A compassionate, patient-centred approach and high ethical standards
