Position Overview

As the

Team Leader

, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations during shifts, coaching and inspiring our service team, delivering exceptional Vietnamese hospitality, and maintaining brand standards of quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Operations

Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts, acting as the primary point of contact Oversee smooth service flow: to be able to problem solve; this involves communication with kitchen staff, effective role delegation.

2. Customer Experience & Service

To be able to provide a good customer experience; friendly and welcoming.

3. Food Safety & Standards

Strictly enforce hygiene and health & safety protocols in line with industry standards. Maintain cleanliness, table presentation, and order accuracy.

4. Training & Team Development

Onboard new hires with structured training in menu knowledge, allergens and dietary requirements. Coach and mentor team members to enhance performance and service delivery.

5. Administrative Tasks & Cost Control

Assist in creating weekly rotas Manage booking system Monitor stock levels, and support sales growth

6. Culture & Brand

Uphold and promote a warm, authentic, and culturally rich Vietnamese dining experience. Respond proactively to guest feedback.

Qualifications & Attributes

Essential:

Proven supervisory or team leader experience in restaurants or hospitality (1-2 years preferred) Passion for Vietnamese cuisine and strong service orientation. Excellent communication (verbal and interpersonal) and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and reliable Flexible schedule and adaptability to the fast-paced environment

Desirable:

Certificate in food safety/hygiene. Previous training or coaching experience. Familiarity with Vietnamese food and beverage culture. Can speak Vietnamese and English fluently
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 15.00-17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
