What Does it Take to Succeed at Fat Phill's:

The Team Leader is responsible for leading the team and executing all tasks in and around the restaurant to provide customers with excellent experience. A proactive work attitude is essential in all areas.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

- Present oneself well, showcasing the image of Fat Phill's

- Show initiative, work independently, and act on opportunities

- Keep a cool head in high stress situations with a consistently motivated attitude

- Collaborate and achieve goals as a team, delegating and assigning tasks effectively

- Focus on customer satisfaction, service, presentation and quality

Communication and Social Skills:

Effective communication is crucial. The Team Leader easily engages with people, articulates clearly, and communicates information effectively to guests and colleagues.

Knowledge and Responsibilities:

The Team Leader adheres to Fat Phill's standards, masters all stations, understands the basics of handling complaints, ensures proper storage of incoming orders, keeps work supplies in check, and manages expiration dates.

Physical Attributes:

The Team Leader is active, standing and walking extensively during shifts. Works at irregular hours, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as on weekends and holidays.

Safety & Hygiene compliance:

- Ensure cleanliness in the restaurant and immediate surroundings

- Adhere to HACCP and hygiene standards, following the FIFO system

- Comply with safety standards

- Present oneself in a neat and representative manner, wearing a clean and complete uniform

- Ensure adherence to personal and team house rules

Administration:

In the absence of the General Manager, handle basic order placement and other tasks that might need attention.

The restaurant closes at midnight on Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Please be prepared to be home after 1:00am
