We are seeking an experienced and motivated team leader to join our manufacturing team, specialising in the production of freestanding display units (FSDUs). You'll play a key role in leading a team of production operatives, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. The role will include working a night shift, 10pm-6am.

As part of their role, the successful candidate will be expected to:

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for FSDUs, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Work collaboratively with other departments Maintain accurate records of production, performance, and inventory Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment
Essential skills and experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment, ideally with FSDUs or similar display solutions Strong understanding of KPIs, target setting, and quality assurance Good standard of computer literacy, with good organisational and communication skills
