Job Description

Autonomy Care supports people in their day-to-day lives, helping them to enjoy the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while ensuring that their care and wellbeing needs are met, 24 hours a day.

Locations we cover:

Melksham, Calne, Chippenham, Devizes, Trowbridge, Warminster, Westbury, and surrounding areas. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is a must!

Care Team Leader

who's ready to lead by example and create a positive impact on both the lives of the people we support and the team you'll be guiding.

What you will do as a Care Team Leader:



Lead, Coach & Inspire

: Mentor your team to deliver outstanding care

Supportive Supervision

: Carry out regular supervisions for the Support Worker team.

Team Coverage

: Step in to cover shifts and ensure smooth operations when team members are absent.

Medication Management

: Conduct medication audits and supervise staff with safe dispensing practices.

Onboarding & Inductions

: Help welcome and train new team members

On-call Leadership:

Take part in the on-call rota, including weekends, to ensure continuous support.

Team Leader Shifts:



40 hours per week, various shifts.

Must be willing to work alternate weekends.

Key Skills Required:



NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care Strong numeracy, literacy and computer skills, Broad knowledge of Learning Disabilities and other related conditions Participating in on call essential
