What You'll Do




As Team Leader, you'll be the heartbeat of your unit supporting your colleagues, coordinating care, and ensuring residents receive dignity, compassion, and attention at all times.

Your responsibilities will include:



Leading and motivating a team of care staff Managing rotas and daily organisation of the unit Overseeing medication orders and safe administration (non-clinical) Carrying out audits and maintaining high standards of care and compliance Acting as the go-to person for your team, providing guidance and direction Working alongside the Home Manager and senior team to keep the home calm, consistent, and well-run even on the busiest days
