We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader with a background in culinary arts to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and team management, ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen or restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen or restaurant staff
- Oversee food production and ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Assist in cooking and food preparation when necessary
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
