Standard Working Hours:

: 14:00-22:00, Shift TBC

Primary Purpose of Role:

Plan, manage and adjust staffing levels across the MUW fulfilment team to meet operational requirements in your team Direct the daily activity to ensure a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for team members Monitor team members development and deliver team member development trainings as appropriate Report any breaches of Health & Safety regulations and incidents / accidents Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Ensure company policies are communicated, applied and enforced Work in collaboration our customer HAL to maximise efficiencies and best practice Perform additional duties as assigned by management team Carry out training of new members Carry out team briefing Manage the MUW inventory and assist with the completion of the weekly MUW Cycle Counts where needed Manage and assist with the daily order fulfilment processes where needed Assist with the management of new brands - receiving stock ups / replenishments and organising the MUW pick bins to maximise capacity.

Requirements of candidate:

Excellent organisational skills Minimum of 1 year experience of team management Good analytical and numeracy skills Excellent interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills Excellent communicator (verbal & written) Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements IT literate Strong working knowledge of AMIS and OMNI. Must be flexible with hours/days to suit the needs of the business
