We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader Nightshift.

This role will be working 22:00 - 06:00 (37.5 hours per week).

Main responsibilities:

Support the Shift Supervisor with day to day duties. Liaise with other sites and departments regarding receipts and call backs . Communicate with and respond to queries from internal customers. Supervise and direct colleagues to meet the daily workload. Undertake key holder responsibilities. Take responsibility for the department in Supervisors absence. Continuously review methods to improve efficiency. Ensure operatives work safely in line with Health & Safety regulations.

Experience / Qualifications:

Experienced administrator of warehouse systems, able to work on own initiative after training. Knowledge of D365. Up-to-date counterbalance license. Experience with Microsoft Excel. Flexible and adaptable to change. Ability to lead colleagues by example. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Willingness to work overtime at short notice.
