Join our friendly team at Optima Care as a Team Leader our new female only residential step down centre which opened in early 2025.

This role is for a night shift Team Leader. Due to the residents in our care we require a female.

We are looking for a Team Leader who has a genuine passion for care and who want to make a difference to the lives of the people we support.

As a Team Leader you will:

Provide high quality, personalised support in line with support plans Provide guidance and support to junior members and new starters Lead by example and lead shifts when required Assist with rota management where required Observe and monitor the wellbeing of the individuals we support

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in a leadership role Strong communication skills to effectively engage with team members and clients Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs Valid driving license and experience in driving, particularly in a care home setting Familiarity with IT systems to support operational efficiency in senior care environments
