We are incredibly excited and eager to launch phase three of our recruitment campaign.

Our second service, Skirbeck Lodge, in Sutton on Sea provides support to people with a learning disability, enabling them to live in a community setting rather than a mental health hospital.

As a Night Team Leader you will be required to undertake all the duties roles of a Support Workers, however, will have additional responsibilities. It is our expectation that Team Leaders can successfully lead a team. This means they must have the skills that help bring out the best in others and can offer guidance and support, that is both understood and respected. Team Leaders will mentor, supervise, and monitor how care and support is delivered so it is essential that they are role models who are content in the knowledge that their success is measured by the success of others.

Team Leaders will be accountable for coordination of the home, and other tasks such as quality checks, debriefs and handovers.

About you



Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards a Level 3 qualification Honest, Reliable and Trustworthy Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with those that you come in contact with during your working day Good communication skills Right to work in the UK Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check
This role is to work in regulated activity and as such it's a criminal offence for people who are barred from working with vulnerable adults, children or both to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that group.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.65 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
